Ingredients

  • 2 bags rice
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 can tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry ketchup
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the sausages into small slices and fry them lightly in a pan with the finely chopped onion. Then reduce the heat and add the cooked rice, tomatoes and tomato paste and season with the spices. Stir in a beaker of crème fraîche and the curry ketchup and mix everything together well. Finally, chop the fresh herbs, mix in half of the herbs and sprinkle the rest on top.
  3. You can of course also use frozen herbs. I took our herbs from the balcony.
