Ingredients
- 2 bags rice
- 4 sausages
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 can tomatoes, peeled
- 1 can tomato paste
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon curry ketchup
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- Fat for frying

- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, cut the sausages into small slices and fry them lightly in a pan with the finely chopped onion. Then reduce the heat and add the cooked rice, tomatoes and tomato paste and season with the spices. Stir in a beaker of crème fraîche and the curry ketchup and mix everything together well. Finally, chop the fresh herbs, mix in half of the herbs and sprinkle the rest on top.
- You can of course also use frozen herbs. I took our herbs from the balcony.
