Ingredients

  • Flour – 240 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Sunflower oil (refined) – 200 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 80 g
  • Baking powder – 1.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Vanillin – a pinch
  • Boiled condensed milk – 0.5 cans

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla.
  2. Pour in sunflower oil and milk, beat again.
  3. Mix flour with baking powder, sift into dough and stir until smooth.
  4. Divide some of the dough into muffin tins. It is better to use silicone molds, but you can also use ordinary molds, in which you should put cuffs, in order to avoid sticking of the dough (I have nothing stuck).
  5. Place a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk filling in the center.
  6. Top with the remaining dough (tablespoon each).
  7. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake muffins with boiled condensed milk until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
