Boiled Shrimp for Beer

Shrimp can be used in many dishes – salads, soups, stews. But my favorite use at home is in the form of a beer snack. And today I will share with you my favorite recipe for boiled shrimp.

Ingredients

  • Boiled-frozen shrimps – 1 kg
  • Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
  • Allspice peas – 5-7 pcs.
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Cloves – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Dill (fresh, dried, or frozen)
  • Spices for fish or seafood
  • Water
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Here are all the products you need.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan and place it on the stove. Water by volume is needed 2 times more than shrimp.
  3. Add salt, dill, bay leaves, cloves, allspice, black pepper, fish, or seafood spices to the water.
  4. Add lemon juice to boiling water and add shrimp.
  5. We are waiting for the water with shrimps to boil, after which we cook them for another 3-5 minutes. When the shrimps come up and the shell becomes slightly transparent, the shrimps are ready.
  6. Put them on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve.
