Boiled Sugar in Milk

Boiled sugar in milk is a recipe for a delicious treat from our childhood! A great alternative to shop candy!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar (or white) – 1 glass
  • Milk (can be replaced with water) – 0.5 cups
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Boiled sugar in milk

Directions

  1. How to cook boiled sugar in milk:
    Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, mix well and leave to boil over low heat, stirring, for 30-40 minutes.
  2. After the indicated time, add oil, turn off the gas, and put it in the molds!
  3. Let the sugar cool and harden and serve with tea!
  4. Boiled sugar with milk is ready.
