  • 5 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. At the same time fry the minced meat in a little oil until it is brown and crumbly. Cut the onion into small pieces, add to the minced meat with the crushed garlic and fry. Add the strained tomatoes, stock and tomato paste. Bring to the boil and season with the spices.
  2. Put the drained pasta in a large baking dish. Layer the minced meat sauce on top and sprinkle everything with the cheese. Baked at 180 ° for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden yellow and melted.
