Ingredients

  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 200 g ham, raw
  • 50 g salami, thinly sliced
  • 125 g cheese (Edam)
  • 1 pickle (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Do not cook the pasta too soft in boiling salted water. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
  2. Cut the ham, salami, cheese, pickled cucumber and the cleaned bell pepper into thin strips and mix with the pasta. Mix well with salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice to taste. Chill for 1-2 hours and let it steep.
