Ingredients

  • 110 g butter, soft
  • 190 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 banana (s), ripe (alternatively pears)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 g walnuts or hazelnuts, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon water, hot
  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and 3 tablespoons of hot water. Mash or chop the peeled bananas or pears (without the core, but still with the skin) and stir in. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and nuts together and stir in briefly. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. Then fill the dough into a prepared loaf pan and smooth it out.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  3. Take out of the oven and cover with aluminum foil and leave to cool for approx. 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar.
