Ingredients
- 5 cans strawberries
- 0.5 ½ bottle rum (40% or 54%)
- 1 pack rock candy (the little ones)
- lots beer (Altbier)

- It`s really easy: Pour the strawberries (it must be the canned ones) and their juice into a large, sealable container. We got an empty and clean mayonnaise bucket from a snack bar. Add the rock candy and the rum, close the jar and let it rest for 1-2 days.
- Put the strawberry base 2-3 fingers wide in a tall glass and fill up with Altbier.
- Serve with a long spoon and a friendly warning not to underestimate the punch.
