- 500 g strawberries (frozen)
- 800 g suar
- 500 ml water
- 5 bottles beer (Altbier 0. liters)

- The evening before, bring the sugar and water to the boil together in a saucepan. Once the syrup has cooled, add the strawberries and refrigerate overnight.
- Just before serving, add the fruit syrup with the Altbier.
- Tip: Also tastes very good with non-alcoholic Altbier.
