  • 375 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 packet aroma (lemon aroma, for example Dr. Oetker Finesse grated lemon peel)
  • 1 can mandarin (s), as you like

Instructions

  1. First stir in a pack of custard powder in a cup of milk, follow the instructions. Put the remaining milk, 125 g sugar, the 100 g butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the stirred-in pudding powder to the pot and briefly bring to the boil. Then let the mass cool down.
  2. Mix the 750 g quark, 2 eggs, 1 pack of custard powder and 125 g sugar with a mixer and place in a springform pan as a base. The mandarins can now be distributed as desired.
  3. Stir 5 egg yolks and the lemon aroma into the cooled pudding mixture from the beginning of the recipe. Beat the 5 egg whites until stiff and fold them into the pudding mixture. Let the finished mass slide onto the floor and smooth it out.
  4. Bake everything in a preheated oven with fan-assisted air for about 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
