Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Cut the spring onion into rings. Whisk the egg with the quark very well and then season. Spices can be added as desired. Mix in the spring onions, whip the egg whites until stiff and then fold them into the quark and egg mixture. The mixture is enough for about 4 - 5 muffin cases.
  3. Line the bottom of silicone muffin molds with salmon ham or the respective filling. Pour the quark and egg mixture over it, but don`t make it too full, as the mixture will rise a little in the oven. If you like, sprinkle some grated cheese over it. Now bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until they turn golden brown.
