Instructions

  1. Lightly sauté the onions in a little water, then drain.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with the parmesan and eggs with the blender until smooth. Mix in the ham and onions. Season with pepper, salt (salt sparingly) and herbs.
  3. Pour the mixture into a quiche dish and bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for about an hour.
