Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon. First onions and cheese, then ham, eggs, pepper and possibly caraway seeds. Then slowly stir in the flour and then the milk. The order of the ingredients is not that important. I do it as described here, but that is definitely not a must.
Bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 200 ° C) on the middle rack for 30 - 40 minutes. It works best in a silicone mold because this is the easiest way to get the cake out of the mold. But I`ve already used a normal springform pan and left the cake on the bottom while cutting. Fresh salad goes well with it.
I buy the cheese and ham already diced because it really saves a lot of work. The times given for the preparation are also calculated accordingly.
The recipe is enough for four people when served with salads. If you are really hungry, have a good eater or really eat your fill, I would calculate a little more generously.
