Ingredients

  • g 1,000 low-fat quark
  • 150 g sweetener (erythritol), for low-carbohydrate cakes or suar
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 g protein powder (vanilla or neutral)
  • 1 teaspoon locust bean gum
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 150 ml oil
  • 200 g cream cheese, reduced-fat for the liht version
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the baking cocoa with a mixer.
  2. Now divide the mass into two equal parts. Add the 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one part. Mix this again vigorously. Then alternately drip the masses into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Always about 2 tablespoon.
  3. Always let the dough drip onto the same spot in the middle of the pan. The more mass it becomes, the more the dough spreads out by itself in the springform pan and the pattern is created.
  4. Now bake at 160 degrees for about 60 minutes. Let the pan cool completely before removing the cake.
