Ingredients

  • 2 chicory
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 2 apples
  • Lemon juice
  • 125 g mandarine (s) (canned oods)
  • 250 g cheese, medium-aed Gouda cheese
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 2 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon juice, from the tangerine can
  • salt
  • some lettuce

Instructions

  1. Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and then drain well on a sieve.
  2. Halve the chicory, cut out the bitter stalk in a wedge shape and cut the remaining vegetables into 0.5 cm wide strips.
  3. Peeled apples eighth, cut into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice, drain the mandarins and cut the cheese into fine strips.
  4. Stir the sauce ingredients together, season to taste and mix with the aforementioned ingredients, leave to steep for approx. 15 minutes.
  5. Line a flat bowl with lettuce leaves, arrange the chicory on top and decorate with a few wedges of mandarin.
