Ingredients
- 2 chicory
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 2 apples
- Lemon juice
- 125 g mandarine (s) (canned oods)
- 250 g cheese, medium-aed Gouda cheese
- 150 g natural yourt
- 2 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon juice, from the tangerine can
- salt
- some lettuce

- Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for 30 minutes and then drain well on a sieve.
- Halve the chicory, cut out the bitter stalk in a wedge shape and cut the remaining vegetables into 0.5 cm wide strips.
- Peeled apples eighth, cut into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice, drain the mandarins and cut the cheese into fine strips.
- Stir the sauce ingredients together, season to taste and mix with the aforementioned ingredients, leave to steep for approx. 15 minutes.
