Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 egg yolk, for brushing
  • 50 g flaked almonds, for sprinklin

Instructions

  1. Drain the quark in a colander. Put all ingredients (except the raisins) together in the food processor and knead with a dough hook until the dough is smooth. Knead in the raisins by hand and divide the dough into three parts. Roll out the three parts in long braids. Connect and braid the three braids at one end.
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush with egg yolk. Scatter almond flakes over the top and bake for approx. 30 minutes at 160 ° C (fan oven).
