Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, type 550
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 g butter, melt
  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon Nutella
  • 2 tablespoon milk, warm

Instructions

  1. Mix the fresh yeast with 3 tablespoons of warm milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar and let rise covered for 15 minutes. In the meantime, sift the flour and place in a large bowl. Place the eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt and the rest of the warmed milk in the center of the flour. Use milk and butter only when they are lukewarm! Pull through the dough with a fork or hand mixer. Finally, knead in the yeast and let the dough rise in a covered bowl in a warm place for at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, beat through the dough again and divide in half. Let rise for another 20 minutes. Then roll out the first dough with a rolling pin and place in a springform pan. Mix the Nutella and warm milk and brush the dough with it. Roll out the second dough and place it in the springform pan on top of the Nutella layer. Now cut into 12 equal pieces of cake. Turn two adjacent pieces in opposite directions, then the next two until they have all been turned. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat and let the dough rise again during the preheating time. Brush with water or milk before baking and bake for about 20 minutes.
