Ingredients

  • 1 kg plum (s)
  • 500 g rock suar, brown
  • 1 stick cinnamon, large
  • 1 liter brandy, possibly a little more

Instructions

  1. Wash the plums, remove the stems.
  2. Scald the plums with boiling water and let stand for about 3 minutes.
  3. The plums pop open by doing what is desired!
  4. Drain and layer in a suitable container alternately with the rock candy and the broken cinnamon stick.
  5. Pour in the brandy until the plums are covered.
  6. Close the glass and shake it from time to time so that the rock candy dissolves.
  7. The delicacy is ready to eat after 4 weeks at the earliest.
