  • some Milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • breadcrumbs
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and puree a little with a hand blender.
  2. Soak the roll in the milk and mix well with the minced meat, onion, egg and mustard. Add salt, pepper and marjoram. Now shape the meatballs with wet hands and then roll them in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in a pan with the frying fat until the meatballs are crispy and brown.
