Ingredients

  • 18 small sausages (Nuremberg sausages)
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 50 g pickled cucumber (Munich style)
  • 150 g olives
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)

For the marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • some oregano
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (lion mustard, hot)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into oblique slices and fry them on all sides in a little fat, leave to cool a little. Place on kitchen paper and dab off the excess fat.
  2. Mix the marinade from the ingredients. Dice the feta cheese and cucumber, cut the halved onion into rings. Halve the olives and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Add everything to the marinade with the sausage and season with oregano. Mix the sausage salad and let it steep. Baguette is enough as a side dish.
