  • 3 sausages, raw

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and dice the potatoes. Cut the beef ends into slices. Remove the intestines from the grilled sausage (or press the inside out) and form small meatballs. Wash, peel and quarter the pear. Cut the onions into cubes.
  2. Put everything together with the green beans in a saucepan and fill up with 1 liter of water. Add the vegetable stock to the water and cook for about 30-40 minutes.
  3. You can of course also add other ingredients.
  4. Instead of meatballs, smoked bacon also tastes great or you simply cook peeled ribs and remove the bones at the end.
  5. You can also experiment with the quantity, depending on how you like it best.
