Instructions

  1. Cut bread or rolls into small pieces.
  2. Fry the minced meat, add the garlic. Cut the carrots and spring onions into small pieces and add to the minced meat. Fry them together briefly until the meat is cooked through. Pour the milk and eggs over the rolls and mix well. Then add the minced meat with vegetables. Put everything in a greased baking dish. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the filling, sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake at 175 ° C for 40 minutes.
  3. Excellent for using bread and roll leftovers. I always freeze rolls and leftover bread. You can of course use cream or sour cream instead of milk.
  4. A salad or tomato sauce goes well with it.
