Ingredients

  • 10 slices toast
  • 0.5 ½ cup onion (s) (fried onions)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak the toast in the milk for a few minutes. Then add all the other ingredients and process everything to a pulp.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Micro-Plus jug (without lid) and place in the microwave for 7-9 minutes at 600 watts.
  3. The dumpling is great to turn out and then cut into slices.
  4. Delicious with meat loaf or roast pork.
