- 250 g wheat flour
- 0.75 ¾ pack dry yeast
- some sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- some milk, lukewarm
- 3 egg (s)
- 2 rolls, diced

- Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, milk, sugar and salt and let it rise.
- Stir in eggs and diced rolls, form dumplings with wet hands and cook covered in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes, remove and divide with twine.
- Makes 5 large dumplings. Very suitable for warming up.
