  • 0.75 ¾ pack dry yeast
  • some sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • some milk, lukewarm
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 rolls, diced

Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from flour, yeast, milk, sugar and salt and let it rise.
  2. Stir in eggs and diced rolls, form dumplings with wet hands and cook covered in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes, remove and divide with twine.
  3. Makes 5 large dumplings. Very suitable for warming up.
