Ingredients

  • 5 rolls, old one
  • 2 onions)

Instructions

  1. Cut the rolls into small cubes. Pour hot milk over them and let soak for 20 minutes. Finely dice the bacon and onions. Fry in butter. Add egg yolks, bacon and onion mixture and flour to the bread roll mixture and stir well. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Spice up. Grease a round cake tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mass. Place in a water bath, three quarters of the mold must be in the water. Bake in the oven at approx. 175 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
