Bread Muffins with Cheese and Sausage Instructions

  1. Cut the bread (I have a bran loaf) into cubes and measure 3 cups by volume. I cut the crusts off the bread, but you can leave it. Cut the meat or sausage into cubes and rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We leave 1/3 of the cheese, and send the rest of the cheese into a cup to bread with sausage.
  2. Add salt to the eggs and beat. Gently with salt – add depending on the salinity of the cheese and sausage. Beat the eggs until light foam. Pour in milk, mix. Pour the dry part of our dish with the egg-milk mixture, mix.

  3. We lay out on molds. You can use any molds: for cupcakes or muffins, paper or silicone, whatever you have. Top – a couple of circles of tomato and a pinch of cheese. By the way, lightly salt the tomatoes. We send bread muffins with sausage, cheese and tomatoes to bake. It all depends on your oven, mine did it in 15 minutes.
  4. The bread muffins (or puddings) are ready! Appetizing aroma, look and taste!
