  • 6 slices toast
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 75 g mararine
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), grated
  • 2 almond (s), bitter, ground
  • Margarine, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg white from the yolk and cut off the crust from the toast. Then soak the toast in the milk. Now melt the margarine in a saucepan and heat the soaked bread. Let everything cool down and slowly stir in the egg yolks. Then add the remaining ingredients and beat the egg white into egg whites and fold in.
  2. Put the whole mixture in a greased casserole dish and bake in the oven over medium heat for 30 minutes.
