Ingredients

  • 250 g whole wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 175 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • some rosemary
  • Flour for the work surface

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble the yeast and mix with the water, honey and salt. Pour the yeast water into the well and knead a dough with the hand mixer. Cover the dough with a tea towel and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  2. Now dust a work surface with flour and place the dough on it. Knead the dough again vigorously and divide it into 6 equal parts. Shape the rolls and sprinkle with seeds if necessary. Let the rolls rise again for 10 minutes and bake for 15 minutes at 250 ° C.
