Bread Tartlets with Chocolate Cream

Another simple version of tartlets (baskets) for salads, snacks and sweet desserts. Do you think it is possible to prepare both tartlets and dessert in 15 minutes? I assure you, it is quite possible. Try it!

Ingredients

  • White bread for toast – 8 pcs.
  • Cream cheese (cottage cheese is possible) – 100 g
  • Fat cream – 50 ml
  • Milk or white chocolate – 50 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 0.5-1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the crust off the toast bread.
  2. Roll out the pieces of bread.
  3. Lightly grease the trays of the metal muffin tin.
    Put bread in them and give the shape of roses.
  4. Send the bread tartlets into the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, until they are browned.
  5. You can use salads, snacks or sweet desserts to fill the tartlets.
  6. We filled the tartlets with chocolate cream dessert. To prepare it, add vanilla sugar, heavy cream to the cream cheese and stir.
  7. Add melted white or milk chocolate to this and mix everything together.
  8. Spread the chocolate-butter cream over the tartlets with a spoon or from a pastry bag.
  9. Bread tartlets with chocolate cream are ready. Bon Appetit!
