Bread with Banana

One of the favorite types of baked goods – banana bread or, more precisely, banana cake, is prepared from the most affordable products, and even a novice cook can handle the preparation.

Cook: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 2 Glasses
  • Banana – 3 Pieces
  • Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 70 Grams
  • Baking powder – 1/2 Art. spoons
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 50 grams

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas, beat with a mixer until smooth
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, eggs, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and butter.
  3. Add the banana puree to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into a baking dish.
  4. Slightly smooth the dough so that its surface is even.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Remove the finished bread from the mold, cut the cooled bread into slices.
