  • 630 g spelled flour, (alternatively wheat flour)
  • 2 tablespoon skimmed milk powder (alternatively milk)
  • 2 tablespoon honey, (or agave syrup)
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter, (or alba oil)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 225 ml milk, fill up to 370 with water
  • Raisins, 2 measuring cups full
  • Nuts, roughly chopped, 1 measuring cup full

Instructions

  6. TIP: Whisk the eggs. Add water and milk to the required amount (370 ml). The water can also be replaced entirely by milk. Slowly add the raisins and nuts after the acoustic signal.
