  • White stale bread – 400 g

Directions

  1. Preparing bread for bread crumbs.
  2. Cut white stale bread into 1 centimeter thick slices.
  3. Put the sliced ​​bread on a baking sheet and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. The croutons should brown.
  4. We take out the finished crackers from the oven, let them cool.
  5. Grind the cooled crackers with a rolling pin or in a blender. The rusks can be crushed to the desired size.
  6. The breadcrumbs are ready. We use breadcrumbs for breading Viennese schnitzel, Kiev cutlets and other recipes. Store the breadcrumbs in a paper bag.
