Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg with a little milk. Cut the Jagdwurst into slices that are not too thick.
  2. Then turn in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the slices on both sides over medium heat until the breading is crispy.
  4. A fresh, mixed salad and mashed potatoes tastes best with it.
