- Dip each mushroom first in an egg.
- Then roll in breadcrumbs.

- Fry breaded mushrooms in a deep fryer or in a deep frying pan in a large amount of oil. We spread the fried oyster mushrooms on a paper towel.
- Breaded oyster mushrooms are ready.
