Breaded Oyster Mushrooms

Fried oyster mushrooms, breaded. Simple and tasty. Cheap and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Oyster mushrooms – 300 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Select large mushrooms. Cut off the roots, rinse the mushrooms.
  2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each mushroom first in an egg.
  4. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. We carry out the breading procedure with all the mushrooms.
  6. Fry breaded mushrooms in a deep fryer or in a deep frying pan in a large amount of oil. We spread the fried oyster mushrooms on a paper towel.
  7. Breaded oyster mushrooms are ready.
