Pork fillet steaks are breaded in a simple way and fried in oil.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Pork fillet steaks – 4 pcs. (120 g each)
Parmesan cheese (finely chopped) – 30 g
Fresh sage (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
White bread (broken into pieces) – 1 slice (40 g)
Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon.
Flour – 0.25 teaspoon.
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Egg whites (slightly beaten) – 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Put the pieces of bread in the bowl of the kitchen processor, grind them to a crumb-like mass (you should get about 1 glass of crumbs). Mix the crumbs with the cheese, sage, salt, and pepper. Pour this breading into a plate. Pour whipped whites and mustard into another plate, mix well. Pour flour into the third plate.
Take one steak at a time, first roll in flour on all sides, then in proteins, and finally in bread crumbs, lightly pressing down with your hands. Breaded all steaks in this way.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil, place the pork steaks, fry for about 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
