  • 2 tablespoon water, cold
  • 50 grams flour
  • 100 g almond (s), sliced
  • 50 g oil
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the redfish fillets under running water and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with cold water and beat.
  2. Turn the redfish fillets in flour on both sides. Then put in the egg mixture and then turn in the almonds (press well). Heat the oil in a pan and fry the redfish fillets over medium heat until golden brown.
