Instructions

  1. Turn the ribs in flour. Mix the egg and turn the ribs in it. Then breadcrumbs and bake in clarified butter until golden.
  2. Possibly with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.
  3. Sounds strange, but it`s super delicious.
