Ingredients
Zucchini – 1 Piece
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 Cup
Flour – 1/4 Cup
Grated Cheese – 1/2 Cup (Ideal Parmesan)
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Egg – 1 Piece
Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
Salt and Spices – To taste (Italian herbs, paprika, herbs)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
Beat the egg in a small bowl with a fork.
Wash the zucchini, dry, cut into thin half-rings. Dip each bite into an egg.
Then transfer to a bowl with a mixture of flour, crackers, cheese, chopped garlic, salt, and spices. Roll in breading on all sides.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and brush with a little oil (it is convenient to use a spray).
Layout the zucchini. Sprinkle a little oil on top and place in the oven.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then gently turn over and brown for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your meal!
