Breaded Zucchini Baked in the Oven

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Breadcrumbs – 1/2 Cup
  • Flour – 1/4 Cup
  • Grated Cheese – 1/2 Cup (Ideal Parmesan)
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Spices – To taste (Italian herbs, paprika, herbs)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
  2. Beat the egg in a small bowl with a fork.
  3. Wash the zucchini, dry, cut into thin half-rings. Dip each bite into an egg.
  4. Then transfer to a bowl with a mixture of flour, crackers, cheese, chopped garlic, salt, and spices. Roll in breading on all sides.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with foil and brush with a little oil (it is convenient to use a spray).
  6. Layout the zucchini. Sprinkle a little oil on top and place in the oven.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then gently turn over and brown for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your meal!
