  • 1 slice (s) bacon
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 toastie (s)
  • some parsley, fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the core and cut off a piece of the peel on the back so that half of the avocado cannot tip to one side. Carefully place the egg in the avocado cavity.
  2. Cut the bacon into fine strips and spread over the egg. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 10 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the egg is through.
