Breakfast in Sweet Potatoes

Improvise! For such a breakfast you can think of any filling: vegetables, mushrooms, meat, fish, cheese, etc. Be sure to pamper your family with such a sweet and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Batat – 1 Piece
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 Piece
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Cauliflower – 100 Grams
  • Grated cheese – 1 Teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – 2 Pinches
  • Dill – 4 Pieces

Directions

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes well, prick with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
  2. Remove the flesh with a spoon and use in other dishes or make mashed potatoes.
  3. Prepare the filling: cut all vegetables into cubes.
  4. Put vegetables and cheese in each half of the sweet potato.
  5. Make a well and gently beat in the egg. Salt.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Until eggs are ready.
  7. Serve to the table.
