Ingredients

  • 0.25 ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg (s)
  • sugar, brown (I use 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 handful blueberries, strawberries or raspberries

Instructions

  1. Put the egg in a cup and beat it with a fork until it is whisked well. Then add the oatmeal and mix well. Stir in the brown sugar and stir everything again vigorously! Add the berries (defrost or defrost frozen food) and place in the microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes on the highest setting. Open the door every 30 seconds and make sure that nothing boils over. Then plunge onto a plate and enjoy.
  2. Tip: Tastes great with a Greek yogurt frosting!
