  • 8 slices bacon
  • some cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda or Edam cheese
  • some oil
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika, hot

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan and preheat the oven to 150 ° C fan oven.
  2. Press a hole in the middle of the toast with a drinking glass and cut out the circle with a knife.
  3. Fry the toast and the small circle briefly on both sides in the pan. Then take the circles out again.
  4. Put an egg into the holes of the rest of the toast and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Now fry on both sides and place on a tray in the oven.
  5. Fry the bacon well on both sides and then place on the toast egg slices in the oven. Now sprinkle some cheese over it and put the small toast circle on top.
  6. Leave in the oven for another 15 minutes and breakfast is ready.
