Ingredients

  • 1 port. Pizza dough, ready-made or homemade
  • 3 tablespoon hollandaise sauce
  • 1 slice (s) cooked ham
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), rings or roughly diced
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 80 g Gouda cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough to the right size and brush with the hollandaise sauce. Caution, this will still liquefy a little in the oven, so don`t paint too close to the edge! (Or use a pizza pan to keep the oven clean.)
  2. Now tear up the cooked ham and distribute it. Spread the onions on top. Arrange the bacon slices on the pizza so that it resembles a B. If you like it slightly crispy, you can also briefly fry the bacon slices in the pan without fat.
  3. Now beat the eggs as raw fried eggs into the B and then sprinkle with the cheese. Scatter a little less over the eggs.
  4. It is best to bake in a pizza oven at just under 350 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. If the eggs are still a little wobbly, don`t bake them for too long! The eggs also set a little on the plate.
