Ingredients

  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 200 g fruit, (apple, banana, as you like)
  • 20 g plum (s), dried
  • 20 g muesli, alternatively oat flakes or corn flakes
  • 2 g honey
  • some mint
  • some lemon balm
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the fruit, mint and lemon balm and add to the yogurt. Season to taste with honey and cinnamon. Finally, add muesli, oat flakes or corn flakes.
