Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g cream, (whipped)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 point herbs (8 herbs, frozen) or
  • Herbs, fresh, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Stir in the quark, sour cream and whipped cream in the sieve server. Add the herb, garlic clove salt and paprika if necessary. Close the lid and let it stand at room temperature for 1 day and in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  2. Tastes good with crackers, fresh bread or potatoes.
