Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese (Bresso)
  • 4 large tomato (s)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 1 pinch (s) Fondor
  • 300 g pasta, wide
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 10 basil leaves
  • Oil (olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Quarter the tomatoes, finely dice the shallot and finely dice the garlic. Sauté everything together in a saucepan in olive oil. Then add the Bresso and let it melt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and flavor enhancer. Finally add the basil.
  2. During preparation, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
