Ingredients

  • 850 g flour (spelled)
  • 150 g soy flour
  • 2 packs dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon spice mixture (bread spice)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (soybean oil)
  • 500 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 g rains or seeds, mixed

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients, add oil, soy milk and water, knead everything into a smooth dough. Let rise for about 30 minutes. Fill in 2 loaf pans or shape 2 loaves of bread and
  2. Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  3. Brush with water and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, switch back to 180 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes. Take the bread out of the oven and brush with water again.
