Ingredients

  • 750 g beans, reen, as strinless as possible
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g sheep cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the green beans and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put in boiling water and cook for about 7 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic, peel the onion and cut into half rings. Core the pepper and cut it very finely. Chop the parsley. Wash the pepper, remove the core and cut into very thin strips. Mix everything with the vinegar, oil and salt. Add the cooked beans and stir everything well. Finally, crumble the sheep`s cheese over it.
  3. Tastes lukewarm or cold.
