Ingredients

  • 500 g cream quark
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 packet aroma (Citro-Back)
  • 2 tablespoon Bailey_s Irish Cream if necessary
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 100 g almond (s) (almond sticks)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, 4 tablespoons of sugar, flavor and the raisins until creamy. If you like, you can now add the Bailey’s. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and carefully add to the quark mixture.
  2. For the brittle, melt the butter in a small pan. Add the almond sticks and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. Mix everything together and let roast until the almond sticks turn brown.
  3. Spread the still hot mass on the quark cream cream so that a kind of brittle top is created. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour before consumption.
