Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • Oil, for frying
  • 2 onions)
  • 400 g beans, thick, pitted
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • basil
  • thyme
  • oregano
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 250 g tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Fry the minced meat in the oil. Add the onions and beans to the minced meat. Sauté briefly, fill up with the broth. Add tomato paste and season well with salt, pepper, paprika, basil, thyme and oregano. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Dice tomatoes and add. Let cool a little, then stir in the sour cream and whipped cream.
  2. Bread tastes good with it.
